Paleo Pancakes 

Mix all ingredients, cook in skillet on medium heat in small amount of coconut oil. Make sure batter is set in pan before flipping and cook on medium to make sure it is cooked all the way through.  CLICK HERE

Warm tortilla in a toaster oven or on stovetop, smear the avocado and sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper, add scrambled egg and spinach. Fold in half and enjoy.  CLICK HERE


Quinoa Morning Porridge 

Combine all ingredients except hemp seeds and stevia and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy.  CLICK HERE

Heat coconut oil in a pan until melted, add kale and sauté until bright green and a bit wilted. Crack eggs into the kale and mix to scramble the eggs. Top with mint and season with salt and pepper.  CLICK HERE


Sweet Potato Pancakes 

Peel and shred 2-3 sweet potatoes. Use the shredding disc on your food processor or shred by hand with a grater. In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Mix in coconut flour, cinnamon, ground ginger, and sea salt. Mix in sweet potatoes until combined thoroughly. Add 1 tbsp. coconut oil to a large skillet over medium-low heat. Spoon mixture into the skillet into “cakes” about 4-6 inches and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Flip once and serve.  CLICK HERE

Whisk eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and mashed banana together. Sift the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and baking soda into wet ingredients. Grease skillet with organic butter and spoon batter into the skillet to make pancakes. Will be much runnier than the traditional pancake mix. When bubbles appear, flip the pancake once and finish cooking.  CLICK HERE   


   Non-Dairy Apple Parfait 

Combine cashews, milk and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Layer ingredients in a small cup: Dollop of cream, spoonful of apples, top with oats and hemp seeds and enjoy!  CLICK HERE


ProteinPaleo Breakfast Burrito 

Heat and coat a 10” omelet pan with 1 Tsp. coconut oil. Crack the eggs into a blender along with fresh herbs and pulse until herbs are chopped. Do not over blend. Pour egg mixture onto the heated pan and swirl mixture to coat the pan; cook until one side is set and flip over the other side and heat until just done. Place your cooked flat egg tortilla onto a plate. Place black beans, guacamole and salsa. Season with salt and Pepper and roll them up into a burrito.  CLICK HERE
