   Creamy Avocado Dressing 

Place avocado, olive oil, lemon juice & water in Vitamix or blender. Puree until smooth.  Then blend in salt and pepper. Serve over greens or chopped salad.  CLICK HERE

 

 


   Creamy Italian Dressing

   Tomato Basil Vinaigrette

   Simple Caesar Dressing

   Basic Oil and Lemon Dressing 

Place all ingredients in a clean glass jar, close lid tightly and shake vigorously until blended. Pour over salad greens or lightly steamed vegetables.  CLICK HERE

 

 


   Green Goddess Dressing 

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix /blender. Process on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour over your favorite salad greens. Store remaining dressing in a glass jar . Store in fridge. Keeps for up to 5 days (if it lasts that long).  CLICK HERE

 

 


   Green Apple Salad Dressing 

Here is a great salad dressing that is citrus-free and vinegar-free. The tart apple adds the needed zing to balance the oil. Those of you who are not on the elimination diet will enjoy it too. I made this for dinner tonight and drizzled it over mixed organic greens, sliced avocado, and toasted pumpkin seeds. I am sure you could make a more elaborate salad and make a meal out of it. You can add as much or as little ginger as you like. If you add too much though, the dressing could become a little bitter. Enjoy!  CLICK HERE

 

 


   Homemade Ranch Dressing 

Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar. Shake well and serve over salad. Or to use as a dip, refrigerate to chill and thicken  CLICK HERE

 

 


   Pear Parsley Dressing 

In a Vitamix  or blender, process pear, olive oil and water on high until smooth. Blend in parsley, garlic and salt. Serve over tossed greens. CLICK HERE

 

 



   Honey Mustard Dressing 

In a medium mason jar, combine apple cider vinegar, mustard, Stevia and olive oil. Shake well until combined. Serve over mixed greens.  Store in mason jar in refrigerator for up to 3 days. CLICK HERE
