  • 1 head of kale torn into large pieces
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. curry powder (or seasoning of your choice)
  • Sea salt and pepper
  1. Toss kale with coconut oil and season with curry powder and sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375º or until crispy. Careful not to burn.
