Toasted Kale Chips
- 1 head of kale torn into large pieces
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. curry powder (or seasoning of your choice)
- Sea salt and pepper
- Toss kale with coconut oil and season with curry powder and sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375ยบ or until crispy. Careful not to burn.
