Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry cauliflower and separate into florets. Cut leek long ways and rinse to get grit and sand out. Slice leeks into ½ inch pieces crosswise. In a large bowl, cauliflower with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. CLICK HERE
Sweet Potato Fries
Preheat your oven to 425 F. Julienne sweet potatoes. They should be uniform to each other for even baking. In a mixing bowl, cover the wedges with the melted fat and add the Sea salt. Mashed Cauliflower
Break up cauliflower into florets. Place in a pot to steam. Bring water to a boil and reduce heat slightly. Steam until soft. Transfer to a large blender. Add butter, coconut milk and sea salt. Blend until smooth. CLICK HERE
Favorite Kale Recipe
Tear kale leaves from the stems. Tear them into bite size pieces and place in large bowl Puree all ingredients except kale and sesame seed in blender for dressing Pour dressing over kale and massage in to the leaves with your hands Let salad sand in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
