Steamed Artichoke with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients
  • 2 artichokes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • Sea Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Snip off sharp tips on the artichoke leaves and cut off stem. Place in a steam basket and steam for 30 – 40 minutes until tender. You will know it’s done when a fork easily pierces the stem. Squeeze fresh lemon, sea salt and dried oregano, basil and thyme.
