Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the hard boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolks and put them in a small mixing bowl. Add the avocado and cilantro to the bowl and mix well. (Can use hand mixer to Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put a spoonful of the mixture back into the egg white halves, and sprinkle with a little bit of cayenne pepper. If you're feeling a little fancy, put the mixture in a pastry bag and use a star tip to fill the egg whites. Achieve a smooth consistency). Source: Mastering the Art of Paleo Cooking
