  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper (optional)
  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolks and put them in a small mixing bowl. Add the avocado and cilantro to the bowl and mix well. (Can use hand mixer to Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put a spoonful of the mixture back into the egg white halves, and sprinkle with a little bit of cayenne pepper.
