  • Your choice of the following liquids 1
  • 1 cup almond milk or ½ cup coconut milk.
  • ¼ -1/2 cup berries
  • 1 scoop PaleoMeal or VegeMeal(15-20 grams ideally)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seed or (ground flax seed to increase estrogen levels)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
  • 1 cup water and ½ cup ice to achieve the desired texture. Can add additional water too.
  • If using PaleoCleanse Plus, only use ½ a scoop of protein powder plus ½ green-tipped banana and 1 tbsp of cacao powder.
  • A single scoop of PaleoCleanse Plus Powder can also be used alone as your protein replacement. (Contains 18 grams of protein in 1 scoop).
  • Cleanse powder is great to use for weight loss, increased energy, and toxin reduction. I recommend using it 1-2 times per year for 28 days.
  1. Pour in almond milk, powders, spinach, berries and chia into a blender. Top off with water and ice.
  2. Blend and serve.
