Quick and delicious Trader Joe's Gluten-free Paleo Battered Jicama tacos

Ingredients
- Trader Joe's Frozen Battered Gluten free Shrimp
- Trader Joe's Jicama wraps or organic corn tortilla
- 1 bag organic cabbage mix
- Dill Sauce:
- ¾ cup organic mayo or Paleo mayo
- 1-2 tbs. honey or to taste
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. stoneground mustard
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1½ tbsp. dried dill
- Optional:
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- Avocado, chopped
- Lime
Instructions
- Heat a pan with a small amount of butter on medium-low. Add frozen shrimp. Sauce for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside
- For the sauce:
- In a bowl, mix mayo, ACV, honey, mustard, cumin, dill. Keep in an air-tight jar. Good in the refrigerator for 7-14 days.
- Assemble tacos:
- sliced jicama
- I use 3-4 shrimp per taco
- Cabbage
- Cilantro
- tsp of Dill sauce
