Quick and delicious Trader Joe's Gluten-free Paleo Battered Jicama tacos

  • Trader Joe's Frozen Battered Gluten free Shrimp
  • Trader Joe's Jicama wraps or organic corn tortilla
  • 1 bag organic cabbage mix
  • Dill Sauce:
  • ¾ cup organic mayo or Paleo mayo
  • 1-2 tbs. honey or to taste
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. stoneground mustard
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1½ tbsp. dried dill
  • Optional:
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Lime
  1. Heat a pan with a small amount of butter on medium-low. Add frozen shrimp. Sauce for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside
  2. For the sauce:
  3. In a bowl, mix mayo, ACV, honey, mustard, cumin, dill. Keep in an air-tight jar. Good in the refrigerator for 7-14 days.
  4. Assemble tacos:
  5. sliced jicama
  6. I use 3-4 shrimp per taco
  7. Cabbage
  8. Cilantro
  9. tsp of Dill sauce
