Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Collagen or VegeMeal protein
  • 3 tbsp. Chia seed
  • Toppings:
  • ¼ cup berries
  • ½ a banana
  • 1 tbsp. slivered almonds or walnuts
  • 1-2 tbs. raw cacao nibs
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Variation:
  • Chocolate protein
  • 1tbsp almond butter
Instructions
  1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, protein, and protein to a mason jar. Mix well so chia seeds are well dispersed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or leave overnight. Sprinkle with your favorite topping. Enjoy!
