Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup berries
  • 1 scoop PaleoCleanse or VegeCleanse
  • ½ scoop PurePaleo protein
  • ½-1 scoop PaleoFiber
  • 1-2 tbsp. ground chia seed or (ground flax if you want to increase estrogen levels)
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
  • 2-4 ounces of water and ½ cup ice to achieve desired texture. Can add additional water too.
  • Optional: to improve taste
  • ½ green-tipped banana (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder (chocolate)
Instructions
  1. Add "milk" first then remaining ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
