Serves: 1 shake
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- ¼ cup berries
- 1 packet or scoop of VegeCleanse or PaleoCleanse powder
- 1 scoop soluble fiber
- 1-2 tbsp. ground chia seed
- 1 to 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
- 2-4 ounces of water and ½ cup ice to achieve desired texture. Can add additional water too.
- Optional: to improve taste
- 1 scoop Arbonne protein
- ½ green tipped banana
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder (chocolate)
- Add "milk" first then remaining ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
