Delicious Vegan “Cheese” Dip

Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup almonds
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup chickpeas
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2½ tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¾ tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. dried cilantro
Instructions
- Combine oil, almonds, water, and chickpeas in a blender or food processor
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
- Use immediately or refrigerate. Will last 5-7 days
