Add an additional scoop of protein to make this a meal replacement instead of a snack.

  • 1 cup milk or dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp. organic peanut butter or nut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Plant-based, Whey based, or Collagen based)
  • ½  green tipped banana
  1. Add milk,peanut butter, banana, and then protein powder. Ice and water can be added based on consistency and temperature. Blend and enjoy!
