Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 1-11/2 tbsp. Cacao powder (unsweetened!)
- 1 tbsp. grass fed gelatin
- 1½ tsp. coconut cream
- ¼ tsp. real vanilla extract
- 1 tbs. raw honey
- Optional Ingredients:
- 1 banana if you're not on candida cleanse
- pinch of green leaf stevia
- pinch of Celtic sea salt &
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. cacao nibs (as garnish, do not put in food processor)
Instructions
- Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out avocado and mash in a small bowl. Add in cocoa powder, coconut cream, honey, vanilla and gelatin. Mix thoroughly. Can also use a food processor.
- Eat immediately!
