 Ingredients
 - 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- ¼ cup berries
- 1 scoop PaleoCleanse or VegeCleanse
- ½ scoop PurePaleo protein
- ½-1 scoop PaleoFiber
- 1-2 tbsp. ground chia seed or (ground flax if you want to increase estrogen levels)
- 1 to 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
- 2-4 ounces of water and ½ cup ice to achieve desired texture. Can add additional water too.
- Optional: to improve taste
- ½ green-tipped banana (optional for sweetness)
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder (chocolate)
Instructions
 - Add "milk" first then remaining ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
