A healing tonic for your stomach. Can heal the stomach from the damage H-pylori infection can cause.
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk ( homemade is best)
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon grated ginger
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
- Add milk to a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and honey, and whisk to combine.
- Continue to cook on the stovetop until slightly simmering, about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately, Can also transfer to a blender and process 10 to 20 seconds until frothy.
