Ingredients
  • 1tbsp. organic, raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • ⅛ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. Honey
  • ¼ of Water
Instructions
  1. Mix together. Add more or less water dilute or make this as strong or as weak as you prefer. Best to drink in the morning before breakfast
