Pesto Sauce
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 bunch basil, rinsed (2 cups)
- 2 tbsp. olive Oil
- ⅛ cup water or more to smooth it out
- 1-2 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Process in a food processor until smooth. Serve it over raw zucchini ribbons.
