Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
- 1 C peeled and seeded tomato
- ⅓ C olive oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ C basil, minced
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
- Stevia to taste
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
