Favorite Kale Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed (about 8 cups coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. Tahini
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. liquid aminos
  • 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, minced (1-2 cloves)
  • sesame seed, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Tear kale leaves from the stems. Tear them into bite size pieces and place in large bowl
  2. Puree all ingredients except kale and sesame seed in blender for dressing
  3. Pour dressing over kale and massage in to the leaves with your hands
  4. Let salad sand in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate. Sprinkle and serve.
