Favorite Kale Recipe
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed (about 8 cups coarsely chopped)
- 2 tbsp. Tahini
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. liquid aminos
- 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced (1-2 cloves)
- sesame seed, for garnish
- Tear kale leaves from the stems. Tear them into bite size pieces and place in large bowl
- Puree all ingredients except kale and sesame seed in blender for dressing
- Pour dressing over kale and massage in to the leaves with your hands
- Let salad sand in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate. Sprinkle and serve.
