Quick & Easy Mason Jar Cobb Salad
  • 3 wide-mouth quart-size mason jars
  • 3-6 tablespoons dressing (creamy avocado dressing I like best)
  • 9-18 ounces rotisserie chicken
  • ½ quart cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  1. Divide ingredients among 3 wide mouth mason jars.
  2. Start with dressing on the bottom, then add tomatoes, cucumbers, egg, avocado, protein (chicken) then end with romaine.
  3. When ready to eat, shake, then pour into a bowl.
