Mason Jar Chia Breakfast Pudding
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Collagen or VegeMeal protein
- 3 tbsp. Chia seed
- Toppings:
- ¼ cup berries
- ½ a banana
- 1 tbsp. slivered almonds or walnuts
- 1-2 tbs. raw cacao nibs
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- Variation:
- Chocolate protein
- 1tbsp almond butter
- Add almond milk, chia seeds, protein, and protein to a mason jar. Mix well so chia seeds are well dispersed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or leave overnight. Sprinkle with your favorite topping. Enjoy!
